Boston Youth Rally at City Hall for Jobs and Program Funding
JUN/21/07 - Several hundred local youth and supporters gathered downtown to rally and demand the city budget include an extra 8 million for youth jobs and programs. Boston has seen a rise in street violence over the past few years coinciding with a decrease in funding for street workers and youth programs.

Boston Youth Coalition Demands Funding and Jobs
MAY/25/07 - Over 200 Boston teens and youth workers marched through downtown on their way to City Hall, where eleven youth delivered moving testimony inside the Council Chambers, they were demanding more funding for youth and summer job programs.
